2 order was wrong . We asked for onions on our pizza, instead we got olives.
3 Order was wrong again, on the attempt of getting the order right, they advised there was no garlic sausage an hour and a half after we placed the order. Yet they still took our order and charged us for the garlic sausage. They also advices they no longer do garlic sausage. He wanted to give us ham? (Is it the same?)
4 Third Order attmept - pizza was a 12" instead of 16".
5 we asked for fresh chips as our chips were cold from waiting for them to correct our order we then watched the chips being handed over to the delivery driver for the next customer.
6 hygiene, there wasn't any. We watched the man who answered the phone also make the pizzas without washing his hands. The second man, making the pizza base, had his (hairy) bum on display with no intention of pulling his trousers up. I don't mean his bum being a little out, I mean completely out. I don't know how they have 5 stars.
7 hygiene, we watched the pizza base being stretched and flipped over the mans hairy forearms.
We got no apology just excuses, do not order from this place, you will be massively disappointed.
